1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Nada processes information when you use the bot, its public website, and any future dashboard operated for Nada.
2. Information Nada may process
- Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs and message IDs needed to provide configured features.
- Server configuration such as ticket settings, welcome messages, verification roles, logging channels, moderation settings and Nada Voice preferences.
- Moderation records, warnings, ticket metadata, application responses and transcripts when those features are enabled by a server administrator.
- Technical information such as command usage, errors and basic service logs used to keep Nada reliable and secure.
3. Message content
Nada may temporarily process message content only when required for features such as AutoMod, custom commands, ticket transcripts, applications or message logging. What is stored depends on the settings chosen by each server administrator.
4. Why information is used
- To provide the bot features requested by users and server administrators.
- To prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect the service.
- To maintain server settings across restarts and deployments.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Legal basis and server administrators
Server owners and administrators decide which Nada features to enable and are responsible for informing their members where required. For users in the EEA or UK, processing is generally based on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and reliability, or consent where a feature requires it.
6. Retention and deletion
Configuration and feature data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to operate Nada or until the relevant server removes it. Server administrators can remove configuration and records through available bot controls. Users or server owners may also request deletion through the privacy@nadabot.fun.
7. Sharing and processors
Nada does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host the bot, website, database and security services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect stored data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so server administrators should avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information through tickets or applications.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your information. Requests can be made through the privacy@nadabot.fun. Identity or server ownership may need to be verified before a request is completed.
10. Children
Nada is intended for users who meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. The service is not knowingly directed to children below the age permitted by Discord in their country.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when Nada’s features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions and privacy requests should be sent through the admin@nadabot.fun.
