1. Acceptance
By inviting Nada, using its commands, or accessing its website, you agree to these Terms. If you use Nada for a server, you confirm that you have permission to configure services for that server.
2. The service
Nada is a free Discord bot offering tools such as moderation, tickets, temporary voice channels, verification, welcome messages, applications, roles, logging, giveaways and utility commands. Features may change as the service is improved.
3. Free availability
Nada is currently provided free of charge. There are no paid plans or guaranteed service levels. We may introduce optional services later, but any future terms will be clearly disclosed before they apply.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Nada to violate Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or applicable law.
- Do not use Nada for harassment, scams, malware, spam, unlawful surveillance or collection of unnecessary sensitive information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit or gain unauthorised access to Nada or its infrastructure.
- Do not misrepresent Nada as an official Discord product.
5. Server administrator responsibilities
Server owners and administrators are responsible for their configuration, permissions, moderation decisions, ticket forms, application questions, logs and notices to members. Nada should only be granted permissions necessary for the features being used.
6. Discord platform rules
Nada operates through Discord and depends on Discord’s APIs and services. Your use of Nada is also subject to Discord’s own terms and policies. Changes or outages on Discord may affect Nada.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, outages, bugs or platform changes may temporarily affect functionality. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
8. Data and content
You remain responsible for content submitted through tickets, applications, custom messages and other server features. Do not submit content you are not authorised to use. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, Discord policy violations or actions that materially harm Nada or its users. Server owners may remove Nada from their server at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Nada is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use Nada. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply. Questions about these Terms should be sent to admin@nadabot.fun.
